Thread: Quick question on jelq speed.

Is it generally better to do slower or faster jelqs?
For example would it be better to do 100 slow 5 sec jelqs, or 200 2.5 sec jelqs?
Due to my limited time frame in a morning to exercise , I want to maximize the time i spend on it.

What's important is getting the proper amount of expansion ahead of the grip rather than time or reps. If you have a set time to do your jelqing then focus on getting good quality jelqs during that time and forget about counting reps.
