  • New Routine!!!!!

    Hi .... i am into my 9th month pe'ing .... the last time i measured i had a BPEL of 5"7 inches .... i haven't measured yet .... I will soon and i hope i have reached my short term goal of BPEL 6". I have made some changes to my routine ....

    Warm up 20 minutes
    Wet jelqs - 200 reps
    V jelqs - 100 reps
    JAIs - 70 reps
    Tunica Tugs - 20 reps
    Uli - 5 reps ( 30 second holds)
    Warm down 10 minutes

    How does this routine look ?

    Yesterday i did a different routine from the one i posted .... I did 100 JAIs, 25 Tunica Tugs and 200 wet jelqs of varying Erection levels and i must say that it felt like a great workout because my penis felt sore after that .... and guess what .... i woke up with a ROCK HARD erection this morning .... yeah .... now that's what i call doing PE!!!!!
