I just finished gaining .5 inches, and I started at 5.5, so search up my progress log if you'd like.
Starting: September 22nd 2009
BPEL: 5.5 Inches
NBPEL: 5 Inches
EG: 5.0 Inches (Base) 4.5 Inches (Shaft)
FL: 2 Inches for most of the day

hhi ,I wonder what's was your beginner routine and how much you gained from it? i also saw just stats and wonder if it is possible to gain 2-4 inches by doing pe? also if the results will stay in case you stop doing the exercises?

Dude your dick isn't small. I'm about the same as you and I have NEVER gotten a complaint from a girl.
Just know how to use your tool and she won't complainwell unless she's something like throwing a hot dog down a hallway. Check my progress log to see what I do.
I've found weight hanging and routine stretching/jelqing has been doing AMAZING things for me in the gains department, so far.It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

I have gained about 2.5".So 1.5"is definately possible....

What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange

and a tip.less is better.I have turned my routine to 1 on 1 of and yesterday took a boner measurement of a relaxed dick at 8.1" NBPEL.god demn it was huge...

Totally possible for you to reach your goal. I have gained 0.5 in length going from 7.25 > 7.75 Girth at 5.5 in 8 months
I have never lost motivation & believe that I will hit 8x6. I am still kind of shocked that I had to wait till age 35 before discovering this amazing life changing technique.
Have goals, yes. But if you do your PE properly & take in all the advice & use your intuition also - gains will come sooner OR later. For me the gains are slow (ish) but 1 year ago I thought that Penis enlargement was for the deluded.

The basic routine ( done consistently ) will get you there as long as you ramp up the jelq intensity along the way. I've been jelqing at a 90% + EL for the past nine months at a minimum of 900 reps per session. I slowly got to this point mind you. I feel that the jelq is a very powerful exercise when executed proprerly with the addition of kegels. My gains were about 1/8" EL per month until about month five. Things started to slow down a bit , but the gains kept coming.
Starting April 09

Current Feb. 10
BPEL 8 1/2" ( + 1 1/2" )
EG 6"+ ( + 3/4" )

I myself have gained over 2 inches in 5 yrs but using an extender which was a painfully slow process. My current routine of manuel stretching/jelqing has kicked some major ass and its only been 30 days. Have seen significant increaseS in length AND girth so the short answer to your question, HELL YES! Start with a beginners routine and make sure to track progress with some sort of log. Good luck bud
