Hey guys, just wanted to say I successfully completed JP's 90 day routine. Uhm, unfortunately I have had no success with it, but I am not torn as I want to continue my training. I was wondering if there was another routine that follows this one, perhaps with a little more intensity or different exercises that would be recommended for me. I am determined to, ya know, get bigger haha.
