Hey guys, Ive been seriously hanging and pumping for approx 6 months, Ive been training ON/OFF for past years, so I did regain some of what Ive lost. Ive went from approx
NBPEL 6.25
EG 5.25
to
NBPEL 6.75
EG 5.75
I feel Im ahead in girth but Id prefer more length. I dont think Im being unrealistic to aim for NBPEL 7.25-7.50. So Im aiming for an extra 1/2 inch. My question is, what can I do to compliment my hanging or to get some gains hitting a different approach? (i.e tunica, inner penis, etc?). I guess most of my gains have come from ligaments.

Thats some good progress, i myself have been debating on if its "over training" pumping and hanging. How was your stamina for this? Did it take a while to build a routine and how often weekly did you perform both?
Regarding your question i would suggest manuals, squeezing worked great for me along with jelqs ofc.

If you focus on increasing your blood on the penis i think your gonna get better results from pumping.

Yeah I think EQ is a big issue. Due to the training my EQ is probably 85-90 at best. So Id probably gain some just by focusing on better EQ but Im leaving that for at the end.
Maybe Im atypical but I find pumping and hanging a good combo bc post pumping I can actually hang more weight.My routine is usually
Pump for 25 mins up to tolerance.
Drop set of hanging. 7.5lbs for 20 mins 5 lbs for 10 mins and 2.5 lbs for hours. Basically until fatigue.
I usually do a couple of sets a day of these. But now is where Im getting diminishing returns or plateaued. On the good side I havent altered my routine much nor added another type of "stimulus" so I dont think Ive maxed out.Again I dont think Im being unreasonable wanting another .5 in EL and .25 in EG. But my main focus in length, Jelq can help me?

You might try a "pre-exhaust" set of relatively intense stretches prior to hanging. This might even help to cut down on the time needed in the hanger.

Marlon of lghanger recommand hanging befor pumping.
It's true that if you pump befor hang you can go with heavier weights. But its also means that you need more weight and time under tension to get fatigue. And you want to get fatigued with the lightest weight possible. And maxing out what you can out of this weight.
So by his recommendation pumping befor hanging is counterproductive.Start 01.17 6.1 x 4.6
Now 07.17 6.7 x 4.8
Short term goal 7 x 5
Long term goal 7.5 x 5.5
Final goal 8 x 6

I've read manual stretches are great addition to hanging. Just my 0.02
