I had been running the same routine for about 2 months, a quick description is:
First thing in the am
-warm up (10 minutes )
-stretches varying (15 min)
-jelq/ v-jelq (15-20 min)
-clamped edging 2 sets 5 minutes (10-20 min total)
-pump 5 minutes (5hg and 2-3hg)
Strap in extender 4-1/2 hours
2-3 hour break
Extender for 3-4 more hours
This routine was done 5 days a week with a 6th just extending. And one day of rest maybe just massage and or edging. My PI's were typically great but my gains seemed to have stopped.
I then took a 2 week break with very minimal manual due to vacations. Measuring after the break I was down about and 1/8 of an inch (I have gotten very consistent w/ my measuring teqnique) After 1 day back I am up the lost 1/8 plus another.. yes 1/4 inch bigger than yesterday. Comparable erection level around 8.
All this being said, do you think my body is saying I need more rest?
