Hi, this is my first post on the site. I first came across it a few months ago and decided to give pe a go.
I started with the jp90 for 2 month or so on and off and gained half an inch in length already. The past couple weeks I've decided to try take it a bit more seriously as I've always been hugely insecure with my girth. I've been doing mainly jelqs as the v jelqs don't feel so comfortable.
It would be much appreciated if someone could tell me the best exercises for girth or a routine they've had success with and include a link or description of the exercises please.
Any length I gain is just a bonus for me to be honest so I will continue with the jelqs as I do feel a lot fuller after doing them but I'm mainly focussed on seeing girth gains.
My bpel was 6.5 and is now 7 and my EG is 4 😕 I measured it at 4.2 a few days ago for the first time in my life 😁 I'm not sure if that was just a one off though and I'm not going to measure again for a week or 2 is it's still 4.2 I will classify it as my first girth gains 😃.
Overall I just feel a lot more confident already and I think I really could be on to something here ha .

I've had some good luck with of course warming up, do my jelqs, then use the Bathmate for 2 sets of 6min, with stretches in between the sets. Then after the bathmate set I clamp for about 10-15min. Id say try a few different workouts and see what works for you.

You are onto something. Congratulations on your gains. Good job. Jelqs help girth. Especially when done at 50-70% erect. So my advice is stay with JP90 and be consistent. Exchange the v Jelqs for regular Jelqs at the higher erection level. Do an honest 90 days of committed JP90 and document all this in a log. Then you and we can see what is working and we can help tailor an ongoing routine for you.

That's the point silly. You have no idea of your limits. Please rethink your position. We will hate seeing you on the disabled list. There is no reason to skip steps. Conditioning first is the best way to gain. Unconditioned your penis may not be able to handle any clamping. Just the real, real.

Hey Chasing!
Welcome to the Gym.
It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.
Once conditioned, you should look into pumping. I gained over an inch of girth over four years with a fairly aggressive pumping routine.
Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
PE safely and good luck with your endeavers.Valued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

With your current experience, i suggest starting squeezes. They worked well for me after only 1 month of P.E. Just dont over do it its really easy with these exercises.
