    I'll be honest, I watched a ton of Porn in my life, and always feel like active women must be so use to larger than me. So I want to be bigger to never be told I am small, or not enough by any woman especially if its going to be long term, I can't imagine having a woman who secretly thinks about her bigger ex.

    My Stats
    Depending on my stimulation
    Bone Pressed I am 7.5-8in
    Not Bone Pressed I am 7-7.5in
    My Girth is 5.5-5.75in
    I am about 20%-10% from rock hard when really excited

    What methods actually worked for you guys in length and girth?
    How do I get harder?
    Do I sacrifice hardness for increasing size?
    What size for length and girth should I go for to have it the perfect size to never be the smaller than the last guy?

    Dude you have a huge penis. The absolute best thing you can do for your penis is dump porn. The second best is go to the START HERE button at the top left of the page. Read everything. Then pick a beginner routine. JonPop90 is very popular. Be safe, consistent, persistent and you can reach your goals. Just so you know you are larger than almost all men including porno stars. So don't worry about your size.

    Consensus from women seems to be EQ is more important than size.

    I've been with 3 women that said I was big, but Isn't that what they have to say to make me feel better?
    But pornstars look twice as big as me
    What is EQ?
    Can I get harder than 10-20% with any of these programs? Do they really work?

    No they don't have to say that. All the averages say you are huge.
    Porno is not real. They use manybtricks to make the penis look big. It is fake and is hurting your perceptions. Yes penis excersizes can increase your EQ (Erection Quality terms like this are found in the START HERE button).

    According to statistics from many studies you are bigger than 99% of the population. Porn stars are not as big as they seem and no bigger than you are. Try googling it.

    As Wishful said, the START HERE! link is the place for you to start and where you can find the beginner routines. The best thing you should be doing is working on your EQ(erection quality) right now. I recommend that you start with Big Al's The Basic Training Penis Enlargement, Male Enhancement, and Stamina Routine to work on that.

    Hey LFH!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
