Could you please post a link to mandingo stretches? I'd like to try that out.
I don't know whether or not I ever feel what you're describing, of having the inner penis being pulled rather than the ligs. Or at least that pull from the perineum is never really that strong for me. And I'd like to add an exercise like that to my routine.My Progress Log - The Pink Mile

You are correct when you say that the inner penis doesn't get worked with SD and BTC stretching. However some of the inner penis is held within the body by the ligaments and by stretching the ligs it will expose this part of the inner penis. This can be one of the easiest ways to make gains.
Trying to lengthen the inner penis, as I mentioned before requires exercises focusing in the opposite direction such as the Internal Stretch. So you can work as much as you want on lengthening this part of the penis but if the ligs are still tight and not stretched out this extra length will still remain hidden in the body.Last edited by Cavalier; 07-27-2017 at 01:57 PM.

ULI's and horse squeezes are for girth only. If your focus is on length then you should spend more time stretching and low erection level jelqing.
If you intend on hanging then do hanging alone for now. Do not any manual exercises along with it other than some light jelqing. Later down the road when you have reach the weights that are producing gains and are conditioned to the hanging you can try adding other exercises to go along with it.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I made some great length and girth gains with bundled stretching. They can be very intense so start off slow.
You have been exploring a lot possible new exercises in this thread. I would just like to suggest that you try only making 1 or 2 changes at the most. What works for one guy may not work for the next so if you make a lot of changes at once you will not know what is working and what isn't. If there is an exercise that doesn't work for you then you don't want to waste anytime on it. You need to go through your routine changes methodically to rule out what doesn't work and what will work the best for you.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

When I first joined. I remember reading up on the exercises. On the internal stretch it said to grab behind glans and then grab behind testicles and pull simultaneously for about twenty five seconds. I also read later on that a member, I believe RBI99 (I think that is right). Would put knees together and bend at them. Giving an extra little tug.

I'm planning on adding 2 exercises and removing one, hopefully that's not too much of a change. I'm definitely going to focus more on stretching exercises and slightly change my jelqs to be at a lower erection level.
By the way, do you think less intense (less time per each jelq/stroke) jelqs at a lower erection level are better for length gains than more intense jelqs at a higher erection level?My Progress Log - The Pink Mile
