    Hi all. I've heard multiple times about the inner penis and how it was important to work on it.

    I am very much unsure about what the inner penis actually is. I've tried looking around for threads and articles but found basically nothing on it.

    Could someone please educate me on it? And tell me why it's important for gains and how to improve my gains by working the inner penis?

    The inner penis is the part that the suspensory ligaments are hiding. If you google "inner penis" and go to images it should be the first result. You can also feel it in your perineum. When you stretch at certain angles, for me it's straight up, you can feel it tense up.

    Have you come across this?

    It's about internal stretching, it's an interesting read but I never could figure out how to do it right. He talks about it feeling like you're pulling a trigger but I don't feel that at all when I do it.

    It is the part of the penis that is inside the body. You can expect yourself to have atleast a good 2 - 3 inches or even more of inner penis. We try to bring this inner part out through PE. I feel my inner part tense up when i pull straight up

    Stretching downwards and feeling the suspensory ligament at the base extending is the best way of [manually] getting more of the "inner penis" to fall forward.

    I do a stretch where I grab at the base with a reverse grip and then about 1/3 the way up with the other hand and pull. It helps pull the inner penis and I think doing this stretch helped lead to the length gains I made. I always make sure to push down the vas deferens and other tissues before doing it.

    As slunk mentioned, the inner some of the inner penis is held within the body by the suspensory ligaments. This inner penis can be exposed by stretching the ligaments out. This is best done by stretching or hanging SD or BTC. To get an idea of how much of the inner penis is hidden you can do the Mirror and Palpation Tests - Determine Your LOT Angle - PEGym. Also if you scroll down in this link Penis Exercises you will find an image that shows the inner penis and ligaments. There will still some inner penis remaining after the ligaments have been fully stretched out. You can work on that remaining penis by doing this exercise. Internal Stretch

    What kind of exercises should I invest in to start exposing the inner penis? You mentioned stretches and hanging, but are there any in specific I should look up to add to my routine?

    Yes, but warm up your groin, penis & perineum well before doing BTC or extensive penis stretches, to guard against injury. Pulled or sprained ligaments take a LONG time to heal.
