Is the addiction porn? Go lift weights, or a long walk, or cut wood to build a boat and go out to sea, only to return to a stagnant economy, where the dam serves no purpose, except to block the salmon and the basse

I do lift weights, sometimes goes for a long walk. I do other activities, but the addiction it self can be strong anyways.

I have no idea how one can NoFap unless you're having a sex life...I tried but I always tend to relapse after a week due to pent up charge. I find masturbating 1-2 times a week leaves me feeling good. Porn on the other hand...I'd need advice to get off as well since I can't seem to masturbate without it.

I think masturbating is healthy. Porno on the other hand is not. Join the AP90 thread. Findbother things to do with your time. Quitnporn and give your penis enhance to get healthy. Then you will be able to masturbate with just fantasy. Porno Induced Erectile Dysfunction is real.

Although porn elimination is top priority, most men find fastest and most maximized success with cutting out masturbation as well.

Over the last few months I relapsed so many times that I literally hit rock bottom. I am NEVER going back. My desire to have a happy and healthy relationship with a beautiful woman is great, and I found that every time I fapped, that dream got a little further out of reach, as well as diminishing my mental health. There is literally no other option anymore. Anytime I think about fapping, I remember this and then temporarily distract myself. Also, in the past I have quit smoking, I quit eating junk, I started exercising heaps more. I'm not suggesting you take all of these on at once if you have any of these habits, but it does help to gradually get these out of your life. Also, you will start to feel fantastic after a while, it's totally worth.

I agree with this, it's just that my addiction to porn resulted in a condition where I couldn't get full erections with real partners but with porn it was 100% every time. I just think it's better for my healing process if I don't fap at all. The idea is that you're rewiring your brain back to real humans, rather than to porn, and if you fap while you're healing, you're still using those old neural pathways, because fapping and porn are associated as far as your brain is concerned. Whether or not its true, I have no science to back it up apart from testimonials, but it feels like it works.

2 -3 week no fap can do wonders. It can bring back morning wood. After that I would suggest maybe once a week at most.

What benefits would you argue there are to the occasional fap? At the moment my plan is to go the full 90 days, and after that decide what I want to do. I will never go back to porn though, and I worry if I fap again I might be tempted.

I am 39 days into No porn, and No fapping.

I edge in my routine, but I'm not masturbating to release.

It's not the easiest thing to do, some days porn sounds super pleasant to watch.

I mean that literally, sometimes I just feel like watching porn, not even masturbating to it.

But I've quit porn and masturbating, I'm not sure why I started no fap included.

I think if I was still regularly masturbating I would "relapse" on porn.

I was never addicted to porn, but you get what I mean.

No person is worth wanting to hurt yourself over, neither is the size of your penis.

                              Well it's healthy to release.

For me, it'd be nice if I was masturbating because my sex drive is higher than my girlfriends (she works a LOT and is exhausted, I don't blame her.) so that I didn't bug her about sexual stuff when she's home.
