Virus/infection that effects dick growth

Is there any type of virus you can get on your cock during puberty that can effect it's growth? I had small little tingling bumps on my foreskin from the age of 14 that I had to get frozen off at the age of 18 caus I was too embarrassed to get them seen at a young age but I was never told what they was.

No, I don't think that sounds like something that would have impeded growth. It doesn't sound like a virus or infection, those sound like Forsyth spots, as described in a recently posted article here.
