Thread: Why no masturbation?

I keep reading that masturbation (or ejaculation at least) has a negative effect on PE. Is this true or am I misinformed? If it's true is there any scientific reasoning behind it? I find it hard to avoid 😂

It all depends on how you are masturbating. You can use it to improve PE if you have no partner to help during intercourse.
* In all cases DO NOT OVERDO IT. Like for sex 3-4 times per week is good for long term, same for masturbation..NO MORE!Last edited by Solving; 08-08-2017 at 04:15 AM.

I was wondering the same thing when started,but it turns out to be true for me.I have the best results (compared to me only) when I masturbate a lot but don`t ejaculate for a week.Then I need to ejaculate to see the gains.Ejaculation helps a lot IMO but when it`s the right time for it.
I was thinking that is going to be super hard to stop ejaculating every day (sometimes 2-3 times a day).When I saw the benefits from it,I really loved it.starting size:07.2016-NBPEL 15.3 cm;MEG 12.6cm(4.9)
Now:01.2018-NBPEL 19cm(7.5);MEG 14cm(5.5)

Frivolous masturbation depletes the libido and can cause negative conditioning- especially if porn use is involved. The better alternative is to channel your sexual energies into training or live sexual activity.

Thanks guys, BigAl I see your point, when I'm not getting down to it with my partner I've started to rely on porn to maintain an erection, especially when doing squeezes, Uli's etc, guess I need to lay off the porn for a while.
Start: bpel 6.5" x beg 4.5"
Current: bpel 7" x beg 5"
Short term goal: bpel 7.5" x beg 5.5"
Long term goal: bpel 8" x beg 6"

my rule of thumb to know if your overdoing it: If you feel like a zombie or tired af after ejaculating ur overdoing it. If you feel still a bit horny or excited ur fine.
