  • Am I permanatley damaged?

    I was doing stretching exercises for 2 months and was receiving very good PI's and gains. No jelquing. I would go 2 days on 1 off. 3 days on 2 off. All of a sudden after a stretching session my penis felt very cold and shrunk to a baby sized penis and became rock hard. I couldnt get an erection for days until finally I was able to again. I didnt do any PE for the next 4 months but didnt notice any improvements as I still had the hard flaccid and erections werent as hard or big. I still do hot wraps everyday and take gingko, arginine, multivitamins. Recently Ive faced the fact that it wasnt going to change and bought an extender to try to gain some size back since I lost it all. My penis now seems to be at its worse as it is very difficult to get and maintain an erection plus it looks almost deformed sometimes. My EQ is about a 6/10. Ive visited a urologist and he said nothing is wrong. This has been going on nearly a year now. (11 months) What are my next steps? I really cant take this anymore. Im only 20 years old.

    I have somekind of same thing with the cold penis, have no idea what it is. I also always have a sick little flaccid penis, and the veins on my penis looks so small and wussy. My testicles is also always cold. I think that can have something with depression/antitysk to do.

      Hey man there is a long forum post on ************* about "firm flaccid penis". Try reading through that post - it is dozens of pages long and has a lot of info.

        Ive tried to read that it says you have to be a member. And theres no more capacity for any new members so I cant read it

          Jackson , Would give more info. for us to possibly help you ?
          I've read through your threads and can't find this information .

          How many times a day do you heat or cool , or both , your penis ?
          Is this something you do everyday ?
          Are you still doing PE type exercises ?
          Are you doing any edging or ballooning at this time ?
          Are you always testing yourself about your ability to get hard ?

          I know this is always on your mind . I'd be the same .
          It's easy to say chill out , but , these things WILL resolve themselves .
          Perhaps , with this information , others can more understand what is happening for you
          and give you better solutions .

            I use a rice sock 20 min each day
            I edge every other night
            I used to edge with just porn now the last couple days I realized thats only making my EQ worse. Its very hard to even get myself to get an erection and when I get one it feels very different. I can stay hard for a little then it will just go soft immediatley. It will then look un proportional and be somewhat firm but in a bad way.
