I was reading some threads the other day and came across one on male multiple orgasms. It had a link I followed with instructions and descriptions. I realized I may have accidentally already succeeded in the early versions of it when I PE. I typically incorporate multiple sets of Uli's as part of my girth routine. I quickly will get myself near the PONR to ensure I'm as hard as I can be, clamp down, and time kegels with a slight release in grip to force as much blood in my penis as possible, and then I hold for 45 seconds. Upon release, I masturbate for 15 seconds and clamp down again. Usually in this 15 second rest, it's more than enough time to get right back up to the PONR. Sometimes, I go a shade too far. When that happens, I kegel hard until the orgasmic feeling passes. Usually I can successfully stop full ejaculation, with at most a quick little spurt and dribble when I release the kegel. I can get back up to the PONR in less then a minute and resume the Uli's. I didn't even know what I was doing, but now that I know, I'll have to keep in mind that MMO's are something I'm not far from should I choose to give it a shot. For now, though, I want to focus on keeping a steady routine. Maybe later I can use my off days to practice those, they seem like they could be fun, and could be a real boon with a partner.

Hmmm interesting. So is this more a stamina workout than a girth routine? even though its done around an Uli

Not at all, this is the only part of the routine to include masturbation. All told, this portion of the routine takes 7-8 minutes in it's entirety. I do 20 minutes of jelqing, and a variety of stretches that take 10 minutes. For it to be a proper stamina routine, I think I'd need to be a bit closer to the PONR more of the time. 10 seconds away from it is where most of this routine takes place, which I don't know if is close enough to qualify as a stamina routine.

What you're doing Ben, IS BOTH a girth & stamina routine, IMO. Don't rush your training in stamina too much though. Start with the IK delay, then hold IK's off with a RK hold, to accomplish a DO FIRST. Practice this until you're able to maintain and regularly (automatically / almost subconsciously) DO, then move on to working toward MMO. If you try to rush the process you run a risk of destabilizing your pelvic floor. DO/MMO takes a LOT of practice, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes natural during sex and you'll find it VERY SATISFYING, & SO WILL YOUR PARTNER!

I'm not trying to hurry the process, and I'm not fully versed in how to do it best, but I thought it was interesting that what I had been doing is one of the earlier stages of learning to control your ejaculation. I was just trying to keep an ejaculation from prematurely ending my PE session, because if I accidentally ejaculate, I can't get a full erection for a bit, at least not by myself and without the porn I'm trying to avoid. I'll need to look into this further and read up more on it before I attempt to do this as a focus. You're right, Jock, I don't want to destabilize my pelvic floor. I can kegel fairly hard, but I have no proficiency in reverse kegels. I try them, but don't feel any effect on my erection or where I am in relation to the PONR.

Turns out I can do Hindi squats flat footed and all the way down. Do I just hang out down there or is it a down/up deal? I can feel it stretching in the groan, but I'm not sure how this strengthens it.

Best way to get an extended stretch while doing Hindi is to "bounce" while squatted, LIKE A CATCHER IN BASEBALL. I've never had pre-E but developed DE one summer, when my team got into playoffs (I was a catcher) and extended our season. My GF thought I was gonna KILL HER trying to get off during sex!
It took me about 3 months of kegeling during the day to "recover". DE is EXTREMELY frustrating! I couldn't bring myself to orgasm, no matter what I did, masturbating, oral & conventional sex didn't work!

. You can literally "FEEL" the stretch IN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR. IF YOU'RE WARMED UP PROPERLY, you won't feel anything in your groin, only your perineum.
