I'm a beginner to PE and I just did a very simple jelq/stretch routine for day 1. There are a few things I've noticed, and how do I combat this? I'm uncircumcized by the way.
I'm at 5.6" BPEL and I want to reach 7 BPEL as my final goal. I'm wondering if there are any other tips you guys may have that would benefit a beginner?

- Penis gets too hard so I pause my timer and wait until I'm at 50%~
- I'm following the 5 second stroke method but it feels like my penis isn't long enough to go for 5 seconds.
- At the later end of the session as I'm jelqing it feels like I'm not gripping enough, but my grip is constant.
- Foreskin gets in the way during stretches and feel the skin tugging instead of the penis fully. 3:7 skin to ligament stretch ratio.
