Can anyone help me out with a routine.
I pretty new to this and really just don't know where to start
Focus:
I don't care about length gains. I really just want to increase girth to at least 6 in.
Question:
- What is the most effective i.e. the fastest, safest way to increase girth and make real permanent gains.
- What is can I expect for girth gains realistically, am I near my genetic max or have my gains so far been from natural growth?(check background info)
Background:
I have never jelqed or done any manual hand exercises on my penis but I have used a pump and have edged.
I have been edging for about 3 or 4 years now. When I first started I didn't really know what it was called or how it affects your penis, I just did it because it felt good. Currently I edge for about 30 min to an hour 3-7 days a week, just depends on how much free time I have. In the beginning though I think edged only about 2 days a week and only for 20 min. I really haven't measured my penis that much throughout my life but I remember when I was 14 it was about 4 in erect(I wasn't pushing into my skin). Fast forward to when I was about 17 my penis was 5 in erect girth. I don't know what my length was at this time but it was around 5.75 or 6 in erect length(I think this is with me pushing into my pubic fat a little). Now at 21 my penis is 7.75 sometimes 8 in erect length bone pressed. I have never jelqed or done manual penis exercises. I have a bathmate pump and used to use it regularly for a few months about a year or so ago. I think I might have burst the arteries in my penis because I was bleeding on both sides. This is why I stopped using it. To this day I still see a dark patch of skin there kind of like a bruise. The dark colored area on each side used to be much bigger but now its about the size of a pea.
