Beginner Questions: Thank you for taking the time to read!!
Hello guys. To start off, these are my stats:
BPEL: 5.7"
EL: 5.4"
EG: 4.5"
My Goal Stats: I'd be really really happy if I could reach these but I need advice.
BPEL: 7.25"
EL: 7"
EG: 5.5"
So a few notes:
- My penis curves slightly upwards, and it points to the ceiling when I'm fully erect. It's pretty hard to bend it because of how tight my suspensory ligament is.
Question: When I kegal during a downward pointing stretch, I feel 0 tug. But when I kegal pointing upwards, I feel a huge tug. Basically every direction tugs back except for down to the floor. I've been stretching out and up, is this correct?
- I do 2 sets of stretches, Left, Right, Up, Out and Circles both Clockwise and Anti-Clockwise.
- I jelq by using my left hand to grip my fatpad with my fingers in a V shape. Then I use the other finger and thumb in an "OK" grip and with a firm grip I count for 5 seconds. I do this for 10 minutes.
- I then do 120 kegals separately.

I'm following this routine, but there is a difference between myself and him.
- He edged a lot during his routines.
- I don't masturbate nor watch porn.
Question: Will this affect my gains tremendously?
I feel pretty insecure because it's pretty tough to penetrate properly since my penis curves upwards so technically it's shorter. I'm hoping to gain good length and make my penis healthier.

Although there are statistics about PE out there (someone else will link you to them) I would say that .5-1 inch in length usually can happen but anything past that will almost certainly take A LOT of time, patience, dedication, and luck. 2 inches is rare.
I think .5 inches in girth is usually possible, but 1 inch is almost always a max. Some people gain better in one area compared to another, and there may be some exceptions to the numbers I just gave.My WorkARTICLES:

Wish you the best of good fortune on your PE journey.
As long as you are aware that these goal might take very long time. Especially because it sounds like your EQ is already 100%, so you probably wont see EQ gains of your EQ is maxed out. And waiting for tissue gains can be very frustrating. Just keep that in mind when you hit plateau's

Hey captain I am 6.3x4.5 and I just started peing too. I am 19 so I also have 100% EQ so I guess we just have to be more patient than other members.My one tip is after conditioning your penis focus more on your girth, because most women's nerve endings are up to 3 inches deep and you are already longer than that. Good luck and stay safe.
