    Hi all, i've been seeing an slight increase in girth and BUT not length, follow the typical warm-up (6mins), stretch(10mins) and jelq(12mins). As far as the stretches go i pull and hold for second and follow it again in other directions.

    Am i doing something wrong, please let me know if you think.

    Same here, word for word. We warm up, helicopter, jelq, v-jelq and do a little edging and I only see slight girth gains

    Well Balla v-jelqs are more for girth to begin with, I don't see any stretching in your routine so that could be your issue. Jelqing is explicitly for length gains, as it seems to help somewhat with length when you combine it with other things. I would suggest doing JAI stretches, and circle stretches to start you off and then progress onto some of the other stretches.

    @JPeg extend your stretch times out and see if that helps you any. One second isn't long enough for much of anything.

    I'm experiencing the same thing, although I can't really say much since I'm only a week into my PE exercises..but I, as well as my gf have noticed a slight increase in girth but no length yet. I've noticed significant improvements in my EQ though.
