Haven't started doing PE yet but while I was trying to get my starting measurements i noticed something and I'm getting kinda bummed out about it I would usually measure at 6.3 bpel on alright days and on the food days 6.5 I was so surprised the first time I measured but recently I have found it had been dealing with a dilemma my penis hits 6 and 6.2 on good days my penis even looks may I say weaker I would think it a EQ and if that was the case I wouldn't get so worked up but just a while ago I was getting it hard for measuring it and it actually stayed hard I was able to maintain an erection but it still wasn't at its 6.5 state I was measuring at 6 its bumming me out pretty hard too has my penis shrunk whats going on ?

I doubt that you are loosing size, it sounds like an EQ problem to me. I recommend that you start off with the JP90. One of the first results many see when starting out with a beginner routine is improved EQ. Give it a try and I think that you will soon see your size come back to where it was.

I was going to begin with that beginner routine and I was just wondering since my erections are able to stand for a while on their own but fall after like 10 seconds it gets hard but falls is that a problem of EQ since I would measure at 5.5 non bone press and now it is at 5

Sounds like an EQ problem to me. You may want to also add some edging into your routine to help with that.

A decline in EQ can register in your measurements. Do your best to lift your spirits and resume some form of activity to restore your EQ.

Frivolous masturbation can deplete the EQ and cause negative conditioning. If you're not sexually active then you should route your desire to ejaculate into constructive, EQ building activities- like a stamina routine.
