Now im not complaining, but I'm having trouble believe this hive mind way of thinking and support on this site. I have followed "proven" Instructions taken from this site for two months now and have not seen even a minor change.
I'm not a fool and I'm positive I have done everything correctly so im confused as to why I have seen no change even on a microscopic level. I'm not expecting amazing results but when there is literally not even 0.0001mm change after constant work makes me question the legitimacy of PEgym.
No asking for anyone to do my work for me because I have done everything already, but im confused about everyone stating that It works without proof. I would be back by now to motivate everyone I could talk to but allas it seems like its impossible, and dangerous.
Tips anyone? Gave it a chance and pretty sure it does not work.

I'm already seeing results in FL, EL, FG, and EG in a few weeks. However, most of this has been regaining size I've lost over the last 10 years, and some of the gains are probably related to adjustments I made to diet and fitness (more cardio, more veggies) prior to starting PE. I also take the following supplements for blood flow + libido:
L-Arginine (Puritan Pride - 6 500 MG tabs/day)
Niacin (Puritan Pride - 1 100 MG tab/day)
DHEA (Puritan Pride - 1 50 MG tab/night)
ZMA
As i write this I'm realizing I'm probably a bad case study, but it can't hurt to improve the areas of your health that you have direct control over - sleep, fitness level, and diet.
P.S. One area I do have a lot of experience is fitness and weight training, and I've seen countless cases of trainees who make no progress despite months of efforts. As is often the case, the answer may be staring you in the face.
How many hours of sleep do you get a night? Is it good quality?
What does your diet look like?
Form/technique issues? (Maybe consider sharing a vid with a senior mod as there are always opportunities to improve)
Intensity issues?
Every body is different - the routine that you are doing may not be ideal. Senior PE'ers can assist here.
Are you warming up properly?

I had a very poor start as well.Now I got some pritty good results.Don`t give up.Give it more time.
starting size:07.2016-NBPEL 15.3 cm;MEG 12.6cm(4.9)
Now:01.2018-NBPEL 19cm(7.5);MEG 14cm(5.5)

keep a detailed log of your pe activities, so a double check can be done.

Nothing PE related comes quick, you have to be very persistent.
09-03-2016: BPEL: 6.5 EG: 5.0
04-16-2019: BPEL: 7.1 MEG: 5.19
03-29-2020: BPEL: 7.36 MEG: 5.39

50mg DHEA is enough to fu@# up your prostate. If you are going to use DHEA get your blood DHEA and DHEA-S tested. otherwise you are messing with things without knowledge.
Ad for gaining length. Try EVERY routine until you get gains.

I started back in 2012. I always stopped after 2-3 months because i didn't get gains and/or lost interest. But hey? I'm still here
Call me stupid if you want, but I need to know if actual gaining (tissue building, not EQ gains) is possible.
You are in the same situation as me regarding not seeing the fast gains that some experience in the beginning. What you have done the past 2 months are not what you should be doing (because you dont gain). Move to something else.
Try to understand your penis type, like I try to understand mine. by that way, you might find the exact routine to work the D.
And if you REALLY want this, then keep doing it. If you don't believe it then don't use money on it. Dont buy devices. Just do manual. If you don't gain with manual, device's will not make you gain. At least thats what I believe because devices are basically an extension of manual work.

What routine have you been doing ?
what works for one person doesn't work for everyone
youve just got to keep positive and find what works for you.
Ive been doing PE for three months now and seen gains every month,
Jan 21, 2021 a) 25...
Just Do It
