So, I can hole them for 10 seconds for a bit. I just learned about this when I got into PE , but might of just did these growing up, you know.

Is there any way to know, how strong it is? Or where mine stands?
My erect angle is practically straight up, but besides that, I don't know how to determine if mine is maxed or I'm missing something.

If your contempt with your EQ and stamina that means your pelvic floor is in good shape. You can read this thread to determine if your pelvic floor is too tense, weak, or if you are balanced.
