Hey all,
I remember this forum and reading about PE many many years ago (10). I started off with JP90s routine and was doing it on and off, no consistent schedule, which may be the reasoning for no results back then.
Back in 2014, I moved for work and was super busy working 2 jobs (worked from home in the evening), so I decided why not try hanging (I can get my workout done at the same time). I got the big hanger and did that for a good year continuously, with very low weights 2.5-5 lbs. I couldn't increase weight, I felt an injury coming along with more than 5 lbs. I didn't see any results from it in that 1 year. I then stopped.
Fast forward to 5-6 months ago, I started doing manual PE. I did it for a few months, 3 days a week. I tried upping it to 4 days a week and have done so a few times, but typically I can only get 3 workouts a week in. My routine is warm up, 5 mins stretching, 30 mins of jelq/vjelqs combined,15 mins of edging, warm up. I want to improve my erections also, along with ejaculation. I did notice that this routine helped a bit with those two elements which is great, but 0 results with increasing girth or length. I want to also further improve my erection level and ejaculation control also.
I'm wondering if anyone's got any tips and suggestions on what to add/modify at this stage.

Like you, I have been inconsistent between 5-6 years of my knowledge of P.E., but my inconsistency has been worse than yours since you did 1 year of Hanging.
Seeing that you keep coming back to PE means it really means something to you. So I wish you the best in your PE journey no matter of how much you gain.
Regarding gains: Something is definitely not done the way your penis should get work done. a few months of PE with no gains gives a slight signal that your routine might not work. I would say around 2-3 months ( maybe 3 months) and no gains is a signal. Change it up.
It sounds like you didn't to too much Girth work, maybe you should try that? Some squeezes etc.
Regarding your hanging experience: I'm really surprised you haven't gained from 1 year of hanging. I dont remember seeing any post with that problem. I really hope an experienced hanger can join in on this because this should be fixed.
My two best tips for you are:
- Don't be afraid to progress and try new limits when your gains aren't coming.
- Be active around this forum, say your opinion and participate. It helps you stay committed

The fact that it's helping with rock hard erections, is a good enough reason for me to not stop, but I want results with size also. I used to get soft during sex, etc, but since I started PE again, that issue is solved. I'm trying to learn how to last longer also...I should possibly start edging more than 15 min. I believe another routine to last longer is ballooning which I've never looked in to before.
If anyone maybe has an intermediate or advanced routine, maybe I can bump it up and give it a go. I've read a lot of threads on here where most people have gotten great results from just jelqing and edging, so that's what I've been doing for a few months. I was thinking about extending the session perhaps from 30-45 mins. I've been using a bit more force lately to push as much blood as possible. I have to stop and go quite often in my 30 min session because I keep getting hard during the routine.
I try to listen for signals as much as possible. I can't go 3 straight days...if I do a Mon-Tue and try on Wed, I can feel an injury about to happen because it feels worked out and needs a day to heal.
I'm going to keep reading on the forum, but based on my feedback, maybe someone with a lot more experience has a more tailored response and workout plan which can be suggested, instead of me trying random routines I read about. Hi there. I mentioned it a couple times. With regards to the hanging, I felt the ligaments being pulled too hard with heavy weight and was hurting a lot when I attempted heavier weights. With respect to going 3 days in a row, I just get an uncomfortable and minor painful feeling when I attempt to work it. I actually feel that it's been worked out and needs a rest day. A similar analogy is maybe doing bicep curls on Monday and then again on Tuesday, you feel that muscle group worked from the day before and a rest day is needed before hitting it again.

Regarding the edging/balooning. I perform edging 2-3 times a week and every 2nd(or 3rd) edging session turns into a balooning session. Which means that every 2 or 3 times I do edging, I switch into balooning. It has shown good effects on libido for me, and also giving a slightly longer flaccid hang after the sessions. I keep the sessions at around 30 minutes, keeping sure that I am as close to PONR as possible, all the time.
