Thread: Clamping fail

Hi all, so I took a week off after completing jp90, which felt like a long slog!! Not in terms of effort put in, that's not a problem, but 90 days of one routine was fatiguing of the mind and soul!
So, looking forward now to being able to do 6-8 week routines, with a bit more regular variety! Came up with a split am, pm length/girth routine, which I won't go into detail with, but basically my first clamping experience was a fail!
I put the wrap on with about 30-40% erection, then the cable clamp, then tightened up, then aroused myself up to a full erection. And that's where I was left puzzled, I just didn't get that pumped! I tried kegaling to expand my erection but it was just very lackluster.... Now towards the end of jp90 I added in a few ULI's after the last jelq set and got considerably more expansion than with the clamp, but I obviously couldn't hold that grip for the length of time that id need to.
Am I missing something glaring here?? Could it be the act of fixing on this new device is subconsciously causing me to lose my focus?
I was excited expecting this veiny purple beast that was uncomfortably tight but I was left with a slightly limp burrito.

My guess would be you tightened too much. You don't need to constrict your dick you want blood to be able to flow in with kegels and the clamp will limit the amount flowing out.

I clamp with a contriction band, pump, then clamp. But what is usually done is attain a 75% erection, have the clamp on and ready. Kegal hard, forcing more blood in, and immediately after, tighten the clamp. The idea is to force more blood than usual thus expanding the chambers over time. Good luck.

Thanks to you shutOut and Party 👍👍 info taken on board, I'll try again day after tmrw and will hopefully nail the technique down.
Think I need to cut a thicker strip of mouse pad too, the cable clamp kept slipping off either side of the strip I cut.

I used a beer cozy as padding for my clamp. Works a treat.
My Progress: BPEL = 6.375"; NBPEL = 5.875"; MEG = 4.9375"

Seriously though, I just went away and gave it another shot, cut off an inch wide strip of mouse pad and loosened off a click or two and hey presto! Got to 5 3/4" mid shaft! Boom!

Not to give the wrong impression, at 4.75" MEG I'm more test tube cozy size.
Not that I'd want to be a beer can size though. I like BJs too much, and I wouldn't want my wife to have the mouth of a whale shark.
I cut a strip around the cozy and then measured the inside of the clamp, cutting the cozy strip to that length. There is slight overlap, but overall works great.
I haven't measured myself in the clamp yet... something to look forward to tonight.
