I've often seen the theory thrown about regarding the importance of focusing on gaining length before girth, as if gains in the later make the former more difficult.
That has never made a lot of sense to me, and I'd like to hear opinions on this idea.
As it is, I'd like to gain .75" both in length and girth. I've been mixing exercises, and relying on a clamp as a heavy part of my routine.

I've seen the same theory in many forums and I also wonder how that is a theory because honestly it doesn't make sense to me.
How long have you been doing PE? I would say that if you have made gains with what you do now, then just continue with that.

On and off for about 5 years. I've started a consistent routine, at least through the new year.
