So I started like a month ago with a modified jp90 routine with a 2 days on 1 day off schedule.
Routine goes:
8-10 warm up
Basic stretching with rotation and helicopter snakes
10 minutes tunica tugs (1 minute stretch with 30 seconds rest)
3 sets of 30 wet jelq and 20 v-jelq with slight hold for the stretch. Alternating between the two
17 minutes edgeing (increase 2 minutes every week)
Warm down as long as I want
Around 100-200 kegals (mixed with super kegals) through out the day

So I've done this but some of thes are added since the start. EQ has improved greatly and PI are consistent, seeing slight (1/8 of an inch) girth and length improvements already. And I don't know if this happens to everyone but everything for sex to whacking it just feels so much better for me.

Any advice would be appreciated if you guys have any? Oh head size could be better but that should be for later
