Thread: Stumped, need question answered.

SORRY FOR THE DOUBLE POST, MUST OF HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON TWICE.
I'm planning on doing both, the great " JonPop's 90 Day Beginner Routine" and using a Penis Extender.
But, which should I do first tho, " JonPop's 90 Day Beginner Routine " then put on the Penis Extender the rest of the day or use the Penis Extender first, then do JonPop's 90 Day Beginner Routine at the end of the day after I take off the Extender?
I know incorporating rest days into your routine is curial and I'm planning on doing/using " JonPop's 90 Day Beginner Routine " Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, with the rest days being Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and as I stated above, I will also be using a Penis Extender.
Anyways, should I only use the Penis Extender on the day's I do " JonPop's 90 Day Beginner Routine " , or should I also use the Extender on my rest day's when I don't do " JonPop's 90 Day Beginner Routine "? Cause the Penis Extender company's say you should were the Extender everyday, but wouldn't that just cancel out the rest day's?

I'll give these answers a shot to the best of my ability...
A: I think that you should do your routine first and finish up with the extender and here's why. The other day I was poking around the site and found a link that took me over to Thundersplace where I read a really good post by iguana talking about the importance of a cool down in your PE routine. Without recapping the entire thread, there is some debate on whether or not allowing your penis just to return back down to body temperature or using something even colder like ice was better but the area where ever expert agreed was that a cool down was important in some way and that one's penis should be held in an extended state while cool down is taking place. Therefore for that reason I think that using your extender post-routine will be the most effective for you. B: Using an extender is an area where I do not have any personal experience but what I do know from PE is that rest days should allow your penis to rest! If you're wearing your extender 7 days a week then your "rest days" aren't really allowing your unit to heal from the stress you've put it through all the other days of the week. Now I'm not saying that this is 100% the case with extenders as well so I hope that someone who knows a little bit more about them can chime in here but I know that having rest days is a crucial part of a routine and many members try to keep them completely PE-free.

I am no expert on this, and I really hope that the experts weigh in, but I am doing something similar.
I am doing JP's 90 Beginner Routine and supplementing it with a device. In my case, the device is the AutoExtender Xsleeve. I wear it between the stretching and the jelqing phases of the Routine. Typically, I warm up and stretch in the morning and then put on the xsleeve until I find the time and privacy to jelq. Then I warm up again, with the xsleeve on, take the xsleeve off, and jelq. After I jelq, I rest.
I do not wear the xsleeve on rest days.

I would suggest doing the full 90 days with no extender first. Then supplement it with the extender afterwords. You probably shouldn't do both because you may overwork your junk.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

If you are a new user of any extender, I would advise you to build up wearing times at lower amounts of "pull" so that you & your dick can get accustomed to it & to however you are fastening in. Then, invest some time building up to higher amounts of "pull".
For example some X4 labs extender users subcribe to a plan like this:
Week Hrs Tension
2 2 900 grams
3 3 1000
4 2 1000
5 3 1200
6 4 1200
7 4 1200
8+ 6 1200
Of course if your extender is not made so yoiu can read the amount of pull, you can work out a different method. I just wanted to post an example.
