  • Should I do Horse Squeezes instead of Double Uli?

    I forgot the name of the double uli, I think it's bigals squeeze, not sure. Anyways, I was wondering if I should substitute this for Horse squeezes?

      I believe it's just like the double uli i already do. Doing a regular ULI, then with your other hand you squeeze under the glans at the same time.         I know the defined method. I was wondering how you do them, and why you think you should change. They all have similar mechanics and similar benefits and dangers. My question was pretty poor. Sorry. Why do you think you need to change? What do you want to accomplish differently?

          I'm a little off track today sorry again. The sliding together of the hands helps gains a little more than strictly expansion. By spreading the cells with the sliding action you increase cell deformation and micro tears. It is more dangerous and conditioning level needs to be higher.

            Well, I never hear anyone talking about the one I do, I always hear people doing Horse Squeezes though. Just wondering if it was the better workout

              Do you think it'd be better if I stuck with the one I'm doing and after a couple months swap it to the horse squeeze since it takes more conditioning?
