Anyone ever give it a go. I've been Dorking around lately, staying consistent but dialing back, and in my laziness I started doing these, instead of bundled stretch then flaccid bends, I just combined them, pretty nice little combo, unit feels like warm putty aftewards, makes squeezes and pumping a lot more effective. I'm full girth routine, not really setting any goals just PEing for the sake of it, if I get gains then cool if not I won't be upset. If you have tried this let me know, if you haven't give it a go.

I'm in a very similar mind set and approach right now. Nothing hardcore. Just keep dorking around and try to dial in.
I have been hoping to gain some length and have been taking inspiration for the gainers in the short and effective manual department. Just really exerting force when pulling and using both hands together for leverage. I get some red dots, but no serious decline in EQ.
Also played around with bundled stretches, but didn't get into it. Will try this though!
