Edging for the penis is like walking is for the body.It doesnt put much stress, but improve the overall health and functions.
I am in a 5 weeks decon break so far and I was starting to not get my morning woods sometimes, due to very early waking and not enough sleep.I started to edge lightly while kegeling.Just 5-15 minites with light grip.Sometimes a 5 min in the toilet , 5 min in the bath.10 minutes in the morning when I am on work.Boom, I started to wake up before 6 30 with rock hard erections, even though I slept too little
So do the edging !
