Hello fellas!
I've been into the PE scene for a decent time. My dick in my 19s grew from roughly 20 cm BPEL, maximizing the measurement (so it maybe was a few milimeters smaller), from now being able to get 22 cm with a slightly more solid measurement technique. So now I'm somewhere between 21.5 and 22 cm of real, usable dick, at my maximum status.
Though it is a great measurement, I still want to get more. First reason is because I want to get a bigger solid NBPEL (which currently maxes out at 21) and erections that get into these sizes more frequently. A bigger girth is also a must.
This made me retake PE many times, in many ways, with stretchers, ADS and manual exercises. And always, I have the same results:
- For the very first days, I notice better erections.
- After a few days, my dick measurements get SMALLER.
- This changes stay for the time I do PE.
- When I quit PE for a month or even more, my dick starts to reshape and get its old state (luckily!).
So, why does my dick shrink in length by 0.5-1 cm when I do PE? Have I been doing my exercises wrong? Is it maybe because of long time extender use? It's a shame that for this last year and half, being using a lot of different techniques from time to time, I didn't get any extra size, but weeks in which my dick became a little smaller...

Without being entirely sure, I think this sounds like loss of EQ due to either Overtraining, or loosening of the tunica (If you do tunica stretch/expand work).
Have you tried to do a rest day between the days where its better erections and the days you have less centimeters? I mean, try to do rest days when your EQ is less. And when you start again, do the workout a bit less than before. See if your penis responds better to that. IF it does, than is sounds like you overtrained and need to go a bit less next time, AND from there, progress little by little.
Also, with all that stretching and extending, you might get benefits by doing some exercises for better blood flow to keep your EQ. Jelqing a low intensity COULD do that for you.
Can you share more info about your routine and how many days you do PE in a row?
