Coming april, i will be doing a recon routine (reconditioning) as advised by a helpful member of this forum.
Even though im looking for mainly length, im also interested in some girth "side-gains", is it advisable for me to do uli's everytime i get an erection (but not part of a routine).
Like say i wakeup with morning wood or get an erection during the day, i do a few uli's until it goes down.
This should help me with girth right?
