I was just wondering when would the best time be to take supplements. Would it be better to take them 1st thing in the morning around breakfast time and then in the evening around dinner time so that the supplements are in you system for most of the day even when your not PEing?
Or would it be better to take them just before you start doing your PE routine e.g. 1 or 2 hours before so that once they get into your system, your gettin as much out of them as possible while its all fresh instead of taking them in the morning, but not doing any PE for several hours and then only getting less than what you could have got if it was fresh in your system.
Im not sure if that makes sense but i'll try and make it a bit more easier to understand.
The longer the supplement is in your system, the less potent its effects become over time before being used compared to a fresh supply of it entering your system and being used almost immedately.
Person A takes supplements at breakfast, the supplements do their thing and as the day goes on and their effects become less pontent. Then person A does his routine with the less potent effects in his system.
Person B takes supplements about 1 to 2 hours before doing his routine, with the effects of the supplements being very fresh in his system, is he more likely to get more out of his supplements aswell as his routine compared to person A or will there be no difference?
