Thread: Trying new routine.

I'm on a 2 on 1 off routine, but lately I've been thinking about doing more of a girth focused routine with different squeezes on day 1 and a length focused routine on day 2 with jelqing and stretches. Anyone have any opinions on that routine. Thanks in advance.

I've heard it said it's quite alright to alternate length and girth days, though he suggests it for those who don't have the physical capacity or time to just do them in one routine.
Given that both are stressing tissues, and that girth routines give at least some length and vice versa, my sense is you would achieve better synergized gains to do both in one session. What is your barrier to this?Starting:
6.5 x 4.5"
Current:
6.75 x 5" (Not training length!)
