I wonder how long the 90 begginers routine should be? and how often should I increase the number of jelqs, "v" jelqs and stretching?
last but not least, it is the 90 routine a bit too much for beginners?
c'ause it says that I should do 150 jelqs and 90 "v" jelqs and that each jelq ( both hands) is a rep? so how many reps is 150 jeqs? 75
and that each \I/ "v " jelq is a rep.

150 Jelqs would be 300 total. 150 per hand. 75 v's end up being 225. If you need to do less you can, that's never an issue. Just don't do more. It's 90 days for a reason. Must be conditioned to do more than that.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
