I tried jelqing for the first time today. As soon as I began my dick shot straight up hard erection. Anyone with any solutions please?

It happens when you start out.
You have to control your erection. Let it calm down to about 50% then start to jelq again.
It'll take a few tries but in a week or so your dick will get used to jelqs.
