    I also had lingering issues (chronic pelvic pain syndrome) for a couple years after that one accident and my pelvic floor is still improperly trained and tenses when I am under a lot of stress. I had levator ani syndrome and had to see a pelvic floor physio.

    Holy shit this sounds bad. How do you prevent the pelvic floor tightness and bc muscle being pulled? Was this all cuz of blasters so in other words what caused all this u have/had?

    I would say you would have more chance than us older guys as your natural growth might not be over yet. You could gain half an inch to an inch in just natural growth without PE. Actually all your gains that you might get at the moment might not be from PE.

    Also will blasters in moderation be alright as long as you dont overdo them? Like will there be X amount of force and time until the bc muscle is pulled or is it pulled due to overwork?

    I started at 18 and I feel that PE amplified my puberty and puberty amplified PE.

    You never know, I must admit that I was over kegeling but IMO doing 100 kegels is terrible for the muscle. Its not worth the risk man.

    Also I see no point in doing them, if your PF is functioning properly you should be able to hold the reverse kegel while stretching.

    Most dont grow past 13-14 years of age and most dont grow in height past 18-19 years of age.There are exceptions but for me this rule was true.I didnt gained one mm in my penis past the age of 14 and havent gained any height past the age of 18.

    So you're saying I can do the blasters without kegel but just reverese kegel? Does the reverse kegel have any negative effect? I hardly even kegel doing the blasters it doesnt feel right, but i feel the lig stretch with the reverse kegel
