The best exercises that I have found for actual tissue growth have been stretching with occasional helicopters, Ulies, clamping and edging. The biggest key to success Imo (besides consistency), is healing while extended. I like to use heat to get a good extended state, hold that for as long as possible, and then do a slow cool down while in traction wrap.

I have gianed about 1 7/8 both in erect and flaccid length and about 3/4-7/8 in mid section girth.
