  • making no more progress ..... ?

    Hi everyone ..... new to the site ..... and new to PE'ing ........ if this question has been posted before please accept my apologies.

    I started PE exercises ( mostly jelqing ) at the start of the new year and have had some surprising results .....

    i started out at 5 1/4" bpel and now am at 6 7/8" bpel * not bad for only 3 months *

    my routine was 6 days of exercises for about 20 minutes each and a day off ....... i have now continued on with 3 days a week of exercises of a higher intensity. ( im a family man so time to myself is far and few between )

    now there is a couple of things that im looking for advice on if you guys would be so kind .....

    my goal is 8" bpel and im not too worried about flaccid length as i have to admit im more of a grower than anything else

    where im looking for advice i have noticed a few problems if you will ....

    depending on the situation my EQ is usually around an 8 ... ( if i get some help it'll hit 10 for sure ) but where im having a problem is that it takes alot more stimulation to get erect and after ejaculation its like someone flipped the switch( flaccid in a very short time ) . not only that but an erection doesn't last as long at it used to ( i could have called the Viagra hot line even though i don't take Viagra ) this is not normal for me.

    any help would be appreciated.

    if anyone has any questions i will try to answer them as best i can

    ps. i have done some searching on here and to be honest i dont know what im looking for

    you went from 5 1/4" to 6 7/8" in three months ? ....

      If your stats are true (which im having a hard time believing....) why would you change routine??

          Thats great just under an inch and a half in your first three months,most people will get about an inch but that hardly makes that sound unbelieveable.perhaps your flaccid stretched length was less that your EL ?

            the stats are true ( i hope im measuring right ...... measuring tape pressed against public bone across the top right ? )

            and i dont know if this helps ...... but I heal very quickly from injuries so that may have helped with gains

            ....... but i think that they come at a price though ........ I just got out of bed and for example and morning wood ...... well isnt really wood at all ....... more like just a hint of wood ....... this is where im asking for help ..... i haven't seen any gains in over 2 weeks just have to really work it to get 'there'. could I have overdone it ? Should I be taking some time off from PEing ?

            can stress be preventing a loss of EQ ? I dont have sex very often ( maybe once a month if im lucky ) so that part is hard to confirm.

            just asking if there is anything i could/should change

            ohhh and i just checked bpfsl is just a hair over 7"

              Actually he has gained over 1,5", too be exact ztsbigger has gained 1,625 inches which is just amazing

              Stress can cause a lot of things, but if you have changed your routine, it may also be that you are overworking it. So not quite sure how to answer your questions..

                thanks everyone ....... but i think i may have found my problem ..... virtually no kegel exercises ..... now i gotz me some work to do

                  Yeah, don't change what's working for you, man. Just get into kegeling and it will help you with your EQ. You might also try some edging sessions. Don't forget that stretching often reduces EQ, so you might want to focus more on just jelqing and kegeling.

                    I went back to my old routine but I havent made any gains lately ...... its been almost 3 weeks and nothing ....... just staying put ........ so im not sure where to go from here .......... i guess keep plugging away at it

                      am doing old routine ........ as of this day my bpel is just a hair over 7"( and its about 7 1/8" flaccid stretched as well ) ..... but my eq has dropped significantly ........ usually now its around a 5 ...... very rarely do i go above an 8 ...... even this morning while 'playing' with the wifey .... it barley broke the EQ=8 mark ........ i think its time to take a break ..... no more PE for a couple of weeks

                        Don't mean to be rude but, how was ur EQ like before? If you were a 10, did that mean your penis was ROCK ROCK hard during an erection?

                        I notice that a lot of people who gain fast here never mentions prior EQ. Possibly the starting routine of yours finally gave you the ability to get a full erection, thus having fast "gains" in the 3 prior months. Now that you are EQ10 because of the routine, you are not gaining as fast. This is where I think real PE growth is, its when guys have a EQ of 10.

                        This is a "common" thing I find in a lot of fast gainer threads.
                        Starting: September 22nd 2009
                        BPEL: 5.5 Inches
                        NBPEL: 5 Inches
                        EG: 5.0 Inches (Base) 4.5 Inches (Shaft)
                        FL: 2 Inches for most of the day
                        EQ: 9-10

                          well weazy ...... my eq before this used to be 7-9 almost all the time ........ i really think that im over doing it and need a break from the routine ...... it has been mentioned alot on here about eq loss from getting over zealous ..... and im hoping thats why the gains have slowed down ........ but on the upside ....... if this above is the reason .... then all i have to do is change the routine up and do a little experimenting ......... i have been doing alot more stretching as well which might be adding to the above ........ but i dont wanna hurt myself again ..... it sucked before ( even effected my walk i was in so much pain lol )

                          i cant comment on my flaccid stretched length from before ( as i never measured it ) but it was alot longer than my EL


                          does that make sense its late and im tired

                            I would guess this drop in EQ is because of your length gains, which are simply FANTASTIC. I am cannot remember which article on the gym discusses how length gains contribute to lower EQ levels, but it does. Gator, I know you are really good at explaining this, so please feel free to jump in. My own EQ has gone done a few levels(7-8 now, but was 9-10), since I have gained a bit of length. The break may help you, but from what you are saying your routines main focus on length. Try changing your focus to girth for a while if you want to have those raging hard erections.

                            How are you incorporating the kegel exercises into your routine? Kegels as you probably know help tremendously with EQ.

                            I almost forgot, how are you other PI's?

                              I was doing the kegels WHILE jelqing ..... holding as long as i could while jelqing/stretching .

                              oddly enough i just measured ahtgain ........ ( not doing PE ) and im down to 6 3/4" bpel ...... but mind you i couldn't manage more than about an eq of about 6 rig now ....... i think some time off and a revisit of the time needed for a proper scheduled workout.
