Maybe some you more experienced PE'ers can help me out. I am doing JP's 90 day though I have been PEing on and off for 2 years. But I have always wondered. Has anyone done a routine where they dedicate one day to stretching and the next day to girth exercises. Kind of like a split routine when you workout? Or is a total body workout stretching and girth routine on the same day better. I know you have to listen to your slong. But was curious. Thanks
