    I abandoned PE for about 2 weeks, I was having depression issues and couldn't really do anything right... I went to the doctor, adjusted the medication dosage and I am back in the game.

    Ok, in the meanwhile I watched Matters of Size DVD and started to do some of the exercises. Also, I was talking to a guy who is a biologist and makes serious researches on brain and memory, and I started to develop some new ideas which I wanted to discuss with you.

    Besides the muscular memory stuff I had already discussed here with some of you guys, I was researching about how athletes from triatlon (Ironman) practice to get the most without overtraining. Well, this and the stuff I talked about with my biologist friend changed some of my ideas.

    There are studies showing that fragmented practicing (couple of times a day), in a long period (weeks and months), is better than practicing straight hours a day (the sum of all the fragmented practicing time) in the same period.

    But this is not about growing tissues or muscles... I mean, these studies are related to brain. But, there are studies showing that fragmented training for athletes is also better, because it helps to avoid overtraining and develops muscular memory in a better way. I couldn't find articles saying that fragmented training (couple of times a day) is better, but I found that Ironman athletes DO practice the same stuff several times a day, after taking breaks.

    In another thread, I talked about a guy on Thunders who had a really small penis and, by PEing lightly several times a day (for some minutes only!), is now with an slightly above average penis.

    Well, now my main PE session is in the evening, as it was before, and it is 30 min duration. It is the only session where I jelq. In the mourning, I stretch for 10 min, and through the day I do small stretches. I am now stretching my penis after i twist it. This way I can REALLY feel the stretches, something I didn't before. After a good session, I feel that I stretched my inner penis in a way I couldn't before. It's great.

    I noticed that you are doing the bundle stretch in your routine. Are you doing the stretch both ways and how long do you hold the stretch?
    Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

    Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

      Yes, I do twist my penis both ways. And I only twist one time... more than that it feels unconfortable.
      Here's my stretches routine:

      On my main PE session:

      -After heating and jelqing, I twist my penis and perform a BTC stretching (I hold it behind my legs). I try not to apply much tension, only when I'm ending the exercise. I hold for 4-5 min. Then I do some helicopter shakes.

      -I twist my penis again (to the other side) and perform an inverted V A- stretch for 5 min. There's a video on thunders explaining how to perform this, I only added the twisting to my penis, as I've seen on MOS dvd. Helicopter shakes again.

      -I end the session doing basic stretches, and some of them with my penis twisted again. Do them for about 5 min. Helicopter shakes again.

      As you can see, bundle stretches are now the basis of my session. I feel I can stretch my penis really good using this technique.
      Through the day I perform bundle stretches here and there.

      After the session, I warm down, which is really good, and then do a stretch that i saw on MoS, which consists of grabing your penis with the ok grip and moving it in a circular motion like if your penis was a spoon and you were moving it in a tin of soup. Just cooking it =).

      EDIT: Forgot to add that I do basic stretches in a slightly different way. When I pull the penis to the sides, I use the thumb (of the hand that is holding my balls) to bend it (the penis).

            I think it is a great idea, what other things do you have on muscle memory though?
            It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

              You have a good exercise program going there. Do you make it to 360 degree twist

                Hi there haroldo,

                I´m doing a very similar "fragmented" routine: when I wake up in the morning I do a 20 minute light grip slow dry jelquing, then I read my emails, get a shower, do my daily task and then, about 2 hours laters I do another 10 to 20 minutes of jelquing.

                I then repeat another 20 minutes in the evening after I´ve lunched, about another 2 hours from the previous sessions. Usually my unit gets REALLY engorged and pretty big, more than I ever get doing some pretty hardcore routines (including clamping 3x10 mins with jelquing in betweens).

                The best part is that I don´t feel my dick sored or tired at all, I always finish my workouts with a nice and strong hard on, my dick is literally on fire!

                There´s a thread in TP from Vincent Van Cock called "Constant state of jelq is giving me big gains" maybe you want to take a look at it because he used the same principle of "fragmented workouts"

                I´ll stick with it as long it fits with my agenda

                    Hey Kakarotto, thanks for the tip. I'll look for that guy on Thunders. If I could I would do constant jelqs like you, but I can't. But I am sure it works and you'll see gains soon.

                    Dustpan, I do a 360º twist, sometimes a little more.

                    My dick is in that "jelly state" almost all the time, but I find that jelqing helps to prevent my EQ from going down. Actually, my EQ is still pretty good because I only do small sessions through the day and don't feel sore at all. My penis is very floppy, but when I feel excited it gets hard as a rock.

                    Millia, I have to go now and don't have much time, but check out some of my other threads... I talked a little about muscular memory... but keep in mind I'm not an specialist, almost everything I know about muscular memory I learned from my own experiences.

                      Alright I'll be sure to check out some of your other threads when I get the chance, I gotta do my stupid homework, and I know you're no specialist, but I'm still interested to see what you've learned and if I can take it and morph it into my own personal information bank, know what I'm saying?

                      And what do you mean by "jelly state"? When its really flaccid?

                        Yes, when my penis is flaccid it feels very "jelly" you know?

                            I do fragmented workouts sometimes, did a few squueses in the shower today about 30. tonight i paln on doing erect kegel jelqs and edging.
