    Whenever I do manual stretches, I get semi-erect. It's very difficult for me to remain completely flaccid during stretches.

    I haven't made any length gains for the past 4-5 months.

    Does anyone have any strategies for staying flaccid or maybe have a different routine that is easier to stay flaccid?

    Start jelq before you stretch. wait 10min while warming up before you go ahead with the stretches..
    I can also sugest you to do DLD beginer routine, its very good for length.. you can find it in my proges log

    The problem with jelqing prior to stretching is that your unit will be much fuller, and this can make stretching a little more difficult. While not the best solution, masturbating an hour or so before will probably help. Not looking at your unit as you stretch might also help. Instead of looking at it, really "feel" the stretch. Concentrate on doing good stretches. While I don't stretch any longer, when I did I had no distractions while doing it. You, on the other hand maybe need the distraction of music or doing them while watching a ball game.
