  • First Post, Very lost on where to start technique wise(soz its long)

First I'd like to apologize if this is in the wrong section it seemed fitting.

anyway i recently stumbled across a pump i bought from some add on a pornsite when i was 13 and decided that in those 7 years someone must have made progress towards penile enlargement and unless this entire site is full of liars which i highly doubt it seems like theres techniques and lingos and lots of things i dont know so ive seen everyone has their starting size and relatively attainable goal so you don't loose hope and stop so as of 11/24/17 i am 4in x 3.5 (flaccid) and 6 1/4 x 5 (erect) id say my first goal id like to meet would be 7x 5.5 (erect) to me that seems very far fetched but the rounded numbers made sense

basically my knowledge so far is jelqing, pumping for the shits and gigs because it seems to only be temporary satisfaction and lastly stretching now i have a gerneral understanding on how to do these and im sure ill learn on the way but my main question is whats a good starting point how long should i do a session and will some sessions have negative effects on something i did earlier ive noticed no one has the same routine and that makes sense but for a first timer whats a good starting ground for gaining girth and length because i tried for a day or two and i didnt feel confident in what i was doing

Hey Gains, welcome to the forum, we are delighted that you have taken the time to join this awesome community. The best place to start is with lots of reading. We have consolidated much of this for you and it can be found under the START HERE button which is located in the upper left corner of your screen in the main forums, and can also be found in the stickies in the beginner forums if you are on a mobile device. Read everything and get a better understanding of what we do around here. Choose a conditioning program like the JP90, start slow with reduced reps and slowly build yourself up. Commit to the full 90 days and understand that PE is a slow process and it takes time to see results. Unlike body building, in this, more is not better and you risk injury if you push too hard. Watch your PI's and back down if you see any negative indicators. Have fun, ask questions, meet new people and contribute. Start a log of your activities for others to help you. Again, welcome aboard!
