This is a poll I wanted to update, and i was interested on who did what and how much they had gained. I will take any body who does the poll and will count up the results. In these polls it is recommended that you choose your main form of PE that is listed, and if it isn't you have the option of describing it. All questions must be answered. There is an option for "I didn't do [exercise]". I really hope everyone that can do these polls spreads the word. These polls aren't affiliated with any sponsorships, I just did them out of curiosity. I need at least 100 people, but I'll end the poll on the end of December and reveal the results.
The goal of the polls is to give insight on the best exercises for those who may be questioning what to do after they finish newbie straining, or maybe give a new light to vets out there.
