  • Need ANY advice that could help lead to gains

    Hey Guys - after having no success off another routine I've decided to make a post asking all of the hard gainers out there to post any tips or advice you might have off what sparked your growth spurt.

    I know from training in the gym that if your body isn't developing then you should change things up (So please don't post just saying continue with PE) So if you can offer ANYTHING that might lead to progress it would be appreciated.

    What routine have you done so far?
    How are your PIs?

      Routine I did originally was as follows:

      10 minutes warming up
      5 way stretches (30 second hold)
      circle stretching
      7 minutes Jelqing

      Then:
      10 minutes warm up
      5 way stretching (50 seconds)
      circle stretching
      50 jelqs
      30 v jelqs
      50 jelqs
      30 v jelqs
      30 combination jelqs

      now:
      Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
      Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
      Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
      Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

      Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
      Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
      Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
      Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

      Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
      Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
      Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
      Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

      Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
      Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
      Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
      Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

      First 2 weeks - 300 wet jelqs
      After 2 weeks - 600 wet jelqs

        Did you follow any of those routines for 90+ days?

        How was your BPFSL before and after? Did your EQ increase? Did your libido increase? These are all gains as well and good indicators of your penis health. Not everything is size!

          Hi - the first link doesn't work but I'll have a read of the theory one now.

          I followed the first routine for over 100 days - and the second for 6 weeks. I'm now approximatley a month into the 3rd.

          Not to sure what BPFSL is however EQ remains the same - always good. The only thing ive noticed is that I'm lasting longer, probably due to kegels.

            Just looked at the theory thread and it's quite clear I need to excercise the tunica more. Also my BPFSL is the exact same as my EL, smaller than BPEL so would you guys be able to help create me a routine around this?

              You need to stretch a lot ! ..
              i would keep with that routine you are doing now - its a fantastic routine.. but instead of 3 30sec set, then do two 1min set ..
              and remember to do the BTC stretches and the cranks - these are really good for the ligs.. then get an ADS so you can stretch all day long .. and warm up whenever you get a chance .. more is better with warm up.

                I personally had the same diagnosis and just by doing JP's beginner routine I've made gains, so I don't know what to tell you--except that, even if you are a "hardgainer", I don't know if going into very advanced and strenuous exercises would benefit you more. So be careful.

                    An ADS is a " All Day Stretcher" I use a sillicone device - you can se picture of this in my log...

                    and if you read the tgc theory you'll se what i mean be doing more stretches.. when you bpfsl is not longer than you el you need to stretch more ..

                      Hey! There are ways to target your tunica - I am a totally convinced student of that game. Hold your ligs to your body while stretching (see Tunica Tugs). This has worked wonders for me since I incorporated it into my hanging regimen.
                      6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
                      10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
                      12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
                      6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)

                        So guys - here's the routine I've thaught of for the next 90 days. What do you think?

                        Tunica tugs (how long should I hold these for/how many reps)
                        Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below

                        Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
                        Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

                        300 Jelqs (might increase depending on PI's)
