Hey Guys - after having no success off another routine I've decided to make a post asking all of the hard gainers out there to post any tips or advice you might have off what sparked your growth spurt.
I know from training in the gym that if your body isn't developing then you should change things up (So please don't post just saying continue with PE) So if you can offer ANYTHING that might lead to progress it would be appreciated.
