where can you buy flax seeds???

I heared that flax seed is better than normal rice for heating . I'm just wondering where you could get some i'm giong to make a warmer sock soon. When you do have a rice sock do you put your dick in it or do you just wrap it up some how my wife wants to know and me too. Could anyone clarify on the subject. I don't know if this is in the right forum just guessing thanks.

With the rice sock you wrap it up.. If you put your dick on it you'd probably end up roasting your sausage (no pun intended ha)
