before i begin i want to explain how this routien works.
my routien is a 3 week on 1 week off cycle.
it consists of 4 days on and 3 days off. for example monday, tues, thurs , friday
here it goes!
-first week (compression week)
ssj 10 sets of 30 seconds
iso compression squeezs 10 sets of 30 seconds
200 wet jelqs
and finally erect stretches 20 sets 30 seconds
-week 2 ( jelqing routien )
600 wet jelqs
bends 30 bends x 5
erect stretches 20 sets of 30 seconds
-week 3 ( clamping routien)
bends for 30 seconds
clamping for 10 minutes
bends for 30 seconds
clamped jelqs for 10 minutes
bends for 30 seconds
double clamping for 10 minutes
and finally erect stretches 20 sets of 30 seconds
