Good evening and merry Christmas to all of you.
I've done a lighter version of the basic routine (consists of 2 min of helicopter, a couple of minutes of jelquing after proper warmup on a 2 on 1 off schedule) but the day after my penis is sore and I feel very bad with it.
Should I add some day of rest in between the on-days?
