In the real world there aren't that many Joes @ 7" or more. It is at the higher end of what is considered normal. Yeah my opinion, women would see it as bigger than they usually see. It just isn't the length, its is the volume.

Indeed 7x5.6 is big. It is big visually to most people except the owner lol. It is also big objectively as studies show this size penis is in the upper 90 percentile by volume. Trim off most of the fat pad and it looks even larger ok camera next to a small handed 100 lb woman. We are similar in size and I have had some difficulties with very small women. Now as for how reliable their survey data is, well that's another question.
In 2016, UCLA did a survey using 3D models and surveyed 75 women. Their findings were that for a "long-term relationship" the ideal size is 6.3" long by a girth of 4.8". However, for a "one night stand" they prefer larger at 6.4" long by a girth of 5".
Strangely enough another study came out in 2016 world-wide that used 1100 women and they broke the results down by country. The link to the article on Huffington Post on that study is found here:
