  • Gains Have Slowed Please Help!

    When I first started PEgym. almost 2 yrs. ago now I had hit a plateau. now matter what I did I couldn't get over the 8" mark. After reading all I could find here and on the net, a shock routine got me to 8.25" x 6.25". Now I have the same issue and the shock routine isn't getting me any gains I've added 1000 side to side stretches, beefed up my dry jelqs to 600 in the morning and 300 at night. I still do several sets of A stretches and bundled stretches, helicopter stretches, on & on nothing is working anymore. I'm wondering, have I hit the limit? Do I have to start hanging or something? I tried that about 15 yrs ago with not much success, also have tried pumping, there again not much effect. Does anyone have any ideas.

      Yes I do> Seems like I have my hand on my dick half my day massaging or stretching or something. I even use visualization and affirmation, herbs, vitamins and I lost 50lbs last year.

        01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1
        01/14 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.25
        01/16 NBPEL - 5.4, MSEG - 5.5
        Fat Pad = 1+/-

        Real cars have two seats. Everything else is a bus.

              You have made some great gains. Perhaps you have reached the limit that manual work will allow. It may be time to move on to Devices. Hanging and or extending for length and pumping for girth.

                Some people say that you need to increase volume and more focus,i mean that it have to be more slowly,or something like that.I do believe everybody can gain more than 3 inches.If you stop to think it,is not crazy.

                      ahh i see, yes i just started yesterday actually since my extender arrived. im wearing it right now. im hoping to knock out atleast 1 inch with this in the next 6-12 months.

                          I see,but you just did pe 2 years.Some people here did it like 10 years and even more,or 5 years.
                          Why you don't still using your hands?.If you start to feel the minimun pain when using the extender,put it out inmediatly.Don't forget the penis have a lot of nerves and is really sensible.
                          But i would say to you,better to keep doing manual pe until reach the time of 4 years or 5.
